Recipe World is a digital products company headquartered in Brazil. We design, operate and sell software and digital content directly to consumers and businesses worldwide.

Recipe World operates a portfolio of digital products. Through the same checkout we may sell, today or in the future:

• Digital goods (e-books, cookbooks, guides, templates, assets)
• SaaS and web applications
• Recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual plans)
• Online courses and other digital content

The product name, price, billing cadence (one-time or recurring) and what is included are always shown on the checkout page before payment and on the Stripe-hosted payment form. Subscription charges renew automatically until the customer cancels.

We operate two recurring plans tied to the Recipe World APP. Both are fully disclosed before payment and require the customer's explicit consent. We follow Stripe's negative-option billing requirements: clear up-front disclosure, affirmative consent at checkout, reminder email before the first recurring charge, and one-click cancellation from inside the app or by email.

• Basic Membership, $5.00 USD/week: every front-end digital purchase (e.g. the "2,444 Cake Recipes" cookbook for $2.97) includes a 7-day free trial of the Basic Membership. After day 7, the customer's payment method is automatically charged $5/week, recurring every 7 days until they cancel. Customers receive a reminder email at least 2 days before the first $5 charge and can cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription in the app or by emailing support@recipe-world.shop.
• Exclusive Features Access, $299.90 USD/year: offered only as an opt-in, one-tap upgrade inside the app. We never enrol a customer in this plan automatically. It unlocks every digital product in our portfolio (10+ recipe and daily-routine apps and any future member apps released during the year). Renews annually at the then-current price unless cancelled, with a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before each annual charge.

Both plans appear with the brand descriptor RECIPE-WORLD.SHOP on the customer's card statement. Full terms, refund windows and cancellation steps are in our Terms of Service.

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment fields, they never touch our servers. We only receive a payment confirmation and a reference token from Stripe.

For subscriptions, Stripe securely stores the payment method and charges it on the agreed billing cycle. Customers can cancel a subscription at any time from their account or by contacting support; access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

All checkout and account traffic is served over HTTPS (TLS).

To deliver a product and comply with tax and anti-fraud obligations we collect: name, email, billing address, country, and the payment details that Stripe requires to charge your payment method. For SaaS accounts we also store the credentials and content you create inside the product.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
