• Account & order data: name, email, country, billing address.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we receive a token and transaction metadata, not full card numbers.
• Subscription data: trial start date, plan (Basic weekly or Exclusive annual), renewal date and payment history, used to bill, send reminders and provide member access.
• Product usage: for SaaS products, content you create, logs and basic device/usage analytics.
• Support communications: messages you send us by email.

• Deliver, operate and maintain the products you purchase.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions and issue refunds.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices, account alerts).
• Provide customer support.
• Detect fraud and comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Our subprocessors may process data outside Brazil and the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically 5 years in Brazil). Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their own policy. You may request deletion of data that is not subject to a legal retention requirement.

Subject to applicable law (LGPD, GDPR and others), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the checkout and keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies to detect fraud on the payment form.

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls and row-level security on customer data. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to support@recipe-world.shop.

Our products are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
