Terms of Service

Recipe World, with registered address at Rua 25 de Janeiro, 740, CEP 89084-070, Brazil("Company", "we"). Contact: support@recipe-world.shop.

These Terms apply to all products sold through our checkout, including digital goods (e-books, guides, templates), SaaS access, recurring subscriptions and other digital content. The specific product, price, billing cadence and what is included are shown on the checkout page before payment.

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. A binding order is formed when you complete payment and receive a confirmation email.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the order total and, for subscriptions, for each renewal until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.
• You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support@recipe-world.shop.
• On cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period; renewal charges stop.
• We will notify you in advance of material price changes; you may cancel before the next renewal if you do not accept them.

Important, please read carefully. Every purchase of any front-end digital product offered by Recipe World(including, without limitation, the "2,444 Cake Recipes" cookbook and other one-time digital goods) includes a complimentary 7-day trial of the Recipe World APP, Basic Membership. This is fully disclosed at checkout before payment and you actively consent to it by completing your purchase.

• Trial: 7 calendar days of full Basic Membership access at no extra cost, starting on the date of your front-end purchase.
• Auto-conversion: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the Basic Membership automatically begins and your payment method on file is charged USD $5.00 per week, recurring every 7 days until you cancel.
• What it includes: ongoing access to the Recipe World APP, weekly recipe drops, daily kitchen/meal routines, weekend menus, snack ideas, shopping lists, and other member-only content released across our portfolio of digital products.
• Reminder email: we send a reminder email at least 2 days before the trial ends and the first $5 charge.
• How to cancel: at any time, before or after the trial, from inside the app under Settings > Subscription, or by emailing support@recipe-world.shop. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future charges.
• Refunds: if you are charged and notice the renewal within 7 days, email support@recipe-world.shop and we will refund the most recent weekly charge.

By completing checkout on any front-end product you acknowledge and authorise Recipe World, through Stripe, to charge the payment method you provided for the recurring $5.00/week Basic Membership after the 7-day trial, until you cancel.

Inside the Recipe World APP we may offer an optional upgrade to the Exclusive Features Access annual plan at USD $299.90 per year. This upgrade is opt-in and requires an explicit one-tap confirmation inside the app. We never enrol you in the annual plan automatically.

• What you get: unlimited access to every digital product in the Recipe World portfolio (10+ apps and growing), including recipe apps, daily kitchen organisation routines, meal and snack planners, weekend menus, and all future member apps released during your subscribed year.
• How it starts: only after you tap the upgrade button inside the app and confirm. Charges begin immediately on the payment method on file.
• Renewal: renews automatically every 12 months at the then-current price unless you cancel. We send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before each annual charge.
• Replaces Basic: while the annual Exclusive plan is active, the $5/week Basic charge is paused.
• How to cancel: from Settings > Subscription in the app or by emailing support@recipe-world.shop. Access continues until the end of the paid year; we do not pro-rate refunds for the remaining period unless required by law.

Digital goods (one-time): Because digital content is delivered immediately, you expressly consent that the right of withdrawal ends once download/access has started. Brazilian consumers retain the 7-day right of regret under art. 49 CDC for purchases made outside our physical premises, where access has not yet been used.

Weekly Basic Membership ($5/week): Cancel any time during or after the 7-day trial to avoid the next charge. If you were charged and notice within 7 days, email support@recipe-world.shop for a refund of the most recent weekly charge.

Annual Exclusive Access ($299.90/year): Full refund if requested within 14 days of the charge and you have not made substantial use of the member apps. After 14 days, refunds for unused time are at our discretion.

Digital goods are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the content. SaaS access is granted as a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for the subscribed period.

You agree not to use our products to violate the law, infringe intellectual property, attack our infrastructure, scrape at abusive rates, or transmit harmful or unlawful content.

Products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for fraud. You may stop using the products and cancel subscriptions at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the consumer's domicile when consumer-protection law requires, and otherwise by the courts of Brazil.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for active subscribers, by email before they take effect.
