Order & delivery
Digital products are delivered by email and on the order confirmation page immediately after payment. If you don't see your delivery, check spam and contact us, we'll resend the access link.
Subscriptions & billing
- Cancel anytime, write to support@recipe-world.shop or use the cancel link in any renewal email.
- Update your payment method, request a secure Stripe billing link by email.
- Invoices and receipts are emailed automatically by Stripe.
Refunds
See our refund policy in the Terms of Service. To request a refund, email support@recipe-world.shopwith your order reference and the reason for the request.
Security
